Refund Policy
We want every Lacevyn order to feel right. Please review our return, exchange and refund terms below.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition in which you received it
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@lacevyn.com.
Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without contacting us and receiving approval beforehand will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered so that our team can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate apparel products may not be eligible for return once worn, used, washed, damaged or removed from their original packaging.
Custom-made, personalised or special-order products are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn, washed or used products
- Products without their original tags or packaging
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size, colour or product is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
