14-Day Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
Any request made after 14 days may not be accepted.

- Unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all tags, labels, and accessories attached
- In the same condition as received
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Hygiene Policy
Due to the personal nature of lingerie and intimate wear, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and in original sealed packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept products that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or removed from their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or worn products
- Washed or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or discounted items, unless defective
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Items returned after 14 days
Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear pictures or video of the product
- Pictures of the packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
After review, we will guide you with the next steps.
Size Exchange
Size exchange may be available within 14 days if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Exchange will depend on stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative option where possible.
Return Shipping Charges
Return or exchange shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was wrong, damaged, or defective.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Lacevyn.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the available refund method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method or bank processing time.
